The 63rd "Blood and Fire" Infantry Division was a US Army infantry division that was active from 1943 to 1945, from 1952 to 1963, and from 1968. The regiment was activated at Camp Blanding, Florida and was deployed to the Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe during World War II. After the war, the 63rd Regional Support Command was responsible for the base and adminisrtative support of all US Army Reserve units throughout the American Southwest, including California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas.
