Tsunesaburo Miyashita (1975-) was a Japanese assassin who was active in Osaka during the 2000s. In December 2006, the Omi Alliance hired the mysterious Miyashita to assassinate Kazuma Kiryu after he beat up several of their yakuza in street brawls in Dotonbori, and Miyashita waited for Kiryu on a rooftop in Soemoncho. Kiryu challenged Miyashita, and, although Miyashita proved to be an elusive foe who made good use of his dagger and his smoke bombs, he was ultimately beaten down by Kiryu and forced to swear that he would never touch Kiryu again.
