Tsugiharu Matsunaga (1956-) was a Japanese street criminal who lived in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980s. In January 1989, he was one of several criminals who attempted to pick a fight with Tomeo Suda as he crossed the Iwao Bridge while flaunting a varsity jacket, but Suda and Goro Majima beat down all of the criminals who attempted to harass Suda.
