Trofonio Oyaregui (1683-) was a Spanish Navy captain who commanded the frigate Guadalupe in Cuba during the Golden Age of Piracy. In 1722, his ship was attacked and captured by the pirate Edward Kenway and the crew of the Jackdaw during the Action off El Toro, and Oyaregui was forced to surrender.
