Tony Lazzaro (born 1991) was an American Republican Party strategist and donor from Minnesota who, in August 2021, was - along with University of St. Thomas College Republicans chair Gisela Castro Medina - charged with the sexual trafficking of six underage girls from May to December 2020, among other crimes. Lazzaro was the founded of "Big Tent Republicans PAC", which sought to win over minorities, women, and LGBT people for the GOP, as well as owning the successful Gold River Group, running digital operations for Republican campaigns in California and Minnesota, and, according to a Fox affiliate in Minnesota, "lived the high life in a $900,000 downtown Minneapolis condo." However, on 12 August 2021, he and his personal friend and accomplice Castro (who had introduced him to his teenaged girlfriend, 12 years his junior) were arrested in Florida for sex trafficking and other crimes, and the Minnesota College Republicans distanced themselves from the two.
