Toby Black (1971-1992) was a Los Angeles, California crack cocaine dealer. In 1992, he was confronted by Grove Street Families gangster Carl Johnson, and Black offered to sell Johnson some crack. Johnson refused, and he proceeded to use a MAC-11 machine-pistol to kill Black before stealing his money.
