Tim Sheehy (18 November 1985-) was a Republican US Senator from Montana from 3 January 2025, succeeding Jon Tester. He served in the US Navy SEALs during the Afghanistan War, receiving a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He later published a memoir in 2023, plagiarizing Wikipedia in order to do so. He went on to found a cattle ranching company and be elected to the Senate on a platform of building a border wall, eliminating the Department of Education, and opposing abortion rights.
