The Tigers Militia was the military wing of the National Liberal Party of Lebanon that existed from 1976 to 1980 during the Lebanese Civil War. Led by Dany Chamoun, it had a strength of 3,500 fighters during the war, almost all of them being Maronites. The militia fought against the Lebanese Army, Syria, PLO, PLO, Lebanese Forces, the Guardians of the Cedars, and rival militias, while it was allied to Israel, the South Lebanon Army, al-Tanzim, and the Kataeb Party.
