The "Three Blind Mice" were three Jamaican assassins employed by SPECTRE leader Julius No in 1962. They were responsible for the murder of MI6 Jamaica station chief John Strangways in the parking lot of the Queen's Club. The assassins proceeded to raid his office, kill his secretary Mary Trueblood, and steal files related to Dr. No and Crab Key.
They were later sent to kill MI6 agent James Bond; initially, they tried to shoot him from a distance as he checked into the hotel, but a car passing by stopped them. When Bond went to Miss Taro's house in the hills of Jamaica, the assassins pursued him in their car. Bond outmaneuvered them by sliding under roadside construction equipment. Their vehicle being too large, their car went off the side of a cliff; their car then exploded, killing all three.
