Thomas Yates Walsh (1809-20 January 1865) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-MD 4) from 4 March 1851 to 3 March 1853, succeeding Robert Milligan McLane and preceding William T. Hamilton. Born in Baltimore, he practiced law before serving on the city council in 1847 and 1848 and in Congress.
