
Thomas Wheeler Williams (28 September 1789-31 December 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-CN 3) from 4 March 1839 to 3 March 1843, succeeding Elisha Haley and preceding George S. Catlin. Born in Stonington, he worked as a clerk in New York City and as a whaler in New London before serving in Congress and in the state house from 1846 to 1847.
