
Thomas Rice (30 March 1768-25 August 1854) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-MA 18) from 4 March 1815 to 3 March 1819, succeeding John Wilson and preceding James Parker.
Biography[]
Thomas Rice was born in Pownalborough, Massachusetts (now Wiscasset, Maine) in 1768, and he became a lawyer in Suffolk County in 1794 and began practicing in Winslow, Maine the following year. He served in the State House in 1814 and in the US House of Representatives from 1815 to 1819, and he died in 1854.
