Thomas McKissock (17 April 1790-26 June 1866) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-NY 9) from 4 March 1849 to 3 March 1851, succeeding Daniel B. St. John and preceding William Murray. Born in Montgomery, he practiced law in Newburgh before serving on the state supreme court in 1847 and in Congress.
