Thomas Allen Jenckes (2 November 1818-4 November 1875) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-RI 1) from 4 March 1863 to 3 March 1871, succeeding William Paine Sheffield Sr. and preceding Benjamin T. Eames.

Thomas Allen Jenckes was born in Cumberland, Rhode Island in 1818, and he served in the state legislature from 1854 to 1857 and in the US House of Representatives from 1863 to 1871. He died in 1875.
