
Thomas Hale Sill (11 October 1783-7 February 1856) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-PA 18) from 14 March 1826 to 3 March 1827 (succeeding Patrick Farrelly and preceding Stephen Barlow) and from 4 March 1829 to 3 March 1831 (succeeding Barlow and preceding John Banks). Born in Windsor, Connecticut, he practiced law in Lebanon, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania before serving in the state house in 1823 and in Congress. He later became a bank president and served as a Whig presidential elector in 1848.
