
Thomas Henry Bayly (11 December 1810-23 June 1856) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-VA 7) from 4 March 1844 to 3 March 1853 (succeeding Henry A. Wise and preceding William Smith) and from VA-1 from 4 March 1853 to 23 June 1856 (succeeding John Millson and preceding Muscoe Russell Hunter Garnett). Born in Accomac, he practiced law before serving in the state house from 1836 to 1842 and in Congress.
