Thomas Aspinwall Davis (11 December 1798-22 November 1845) was the Know Nothing Mayor of Boston from 27 February to 22 November 1845, succeeding Martin Brimmer and preceding Josiah Quincy Jr..
Biography[]
Thomas Aspinwall Davis was born in Brookline, Massachusetts in 1798, and he cofounded Palmer, Bachelder & Co. and founded the Linden Park residential development in Boston. He went on to serve as Mayor in 1845, and he died in office before he could fix the city's water supply.
