Theophilus Cowan (1873-1899) was a member of the white supremacist Louisiana Raiders gang during the late 19th century. In 1899, he was one of a small group of Raiders who stayed behind with Levi Sinclair at the Shady Belle plantation, where they were killed by the Van der Linde Gang when they took over the mansion.
