The Skull (died 1983) was a Sosa Cartel hitman.
Biography[]
The Skull was a feared hitman in the employ of Alejandro Sosa, and he was nicknamed "the Skull" for his gaunt face and his sunglasses, which made his head look like a skull. He was responsible for hanging former police informer Omar Suarez from a helicopter in 1980, and he was sent to murder Tony Montana at his mansion in 1983. He climbed up a grapple rope to Tony's second-floor office, and he approached Montana as he fought off several hitmen. Before the Skull could shoot Montana in the back, Montana turned around and killed the Skull.
