The Rogues were a New York City street gang based in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan during the 1970s. The gang's leader Luther shot The Gramercy Riffs boss Cyrus in 1979 after rejecting his plan to unify the gangs of the city into one major gang, and the gang framed The Warriors for the murder. However, the Riffs would later discover the Rogues' responsibility, and the Rogues were defeated by the two gangs.
