The Other Russia is a Russian ultranationalist political party that was founded in 2919 as the successor of the banned National Bolshevik Party. The Other Russia syncretized Soviet imagery and a form of Marxist ideals with ultranationalism, and Limonov oversaw the leftward shift of the Nazbol cause by collaborating with the anti-Putin leftist opposition. Members of The Other Russia formed the Interbrigades to support the pro-Russian separatists in the Donbas region, and party member Kirill Ananiev was killed in action during the Syrian Civil War in 2018. In May 2023, the party was active in organizing meetings and press conferences for the Club of Angry Patriots during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
