The Homeland, known in German as Die Heimat, is a neo-Nazi political party in Germany, founded in June 2023 as a rebranding of the National Democratic Party.

The party's name was changed at a conference held in Riesa, Saxony, where 77% of its 3,150 members supported its rebranding. The name referred to a concept of homeland that excluded non-ethnic Germans, immigrants, and foreigners living in Germany, and the party stated its intention to network the "resistance" against the politics as the "established". The party's name change occurred as the Federal Constitutional Court announced that it intended to negotiate the exclusion of the NPD from state party funding. On 23 January 2024, the Federal Constitutional Court excluded Die Heimat from party funding for six years due to its continued opposition to free democracy. However, June 2024 saw Die Heimat join Alternative for Germany in forming parliamentary groups in the Brandenburg town of Lauchhammer and the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz, marking the first official coalition between the two far-right parties; AfD chairman Tino Chrupalla emphasized that there would be no "firewalls" to other parties at a local level.
