The The Blocks, also known as the Alta Street Ruff Rydaz, was an American street gang that was active in Los Angeles during the 2020s. The gang was founded by Mike Block, who initiated members into his gang through petty crime, stealing police cars, killing LAPD officers, and other "Hood justice" tasks. The gang operated in and around the Alta Street Projects.
