Thaddeus Everson (died 1968), also known as Uncle Thaddeus, was a Marcano crime family associate and enforcer for the Southern Union. He lives in New Orleans and is related to the Eversons, a wheathy socialite family in Louisiana that are heavily tied with the racist Southern Union at one point he had been a military veteran during the Vietnam War, who had gone off to war and returned "even more fucked in the head than before". Only now, Chester's channeled this headcase of his anger filled with rage by targeting towards the black and poor citizens of the city. He had been hosting a pool party with his crew in Frisco Fields for his welcoming return from Vietnam in his nice luxury mansion however the party had been interrupted by Lincoln Clay, who was looking to disrupt the Southern Union's operations for Chester Moreau. Uncle Thaddeus, who was sunbathing after taking a dip and drying off by the pool at the time, failed to return fire in time and was killed by Clay along with members of his crew. Later on, Lincoln drove to a suburban neighborhood in the north of Frisco Fields and heads to a residential house belonging to the Everson family who are having a get-together block party in the backyard as part of their gatherings with a bunch of guests, and a couple of NOPD cops who are bribe to keep them favorable to their cause and looking the other way.
