Tetsui Osaki (1948-) was a Japanese loan shark who lived in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980s. In December 1988, he and Tetsui Osaki extended a ¥1 million loan to Yoko Toyoda's mother, but, a month later, the two men demanded that the woman pay them back ¥13 million, threatening to enslave her and her daughter if she could not pay them. However, Goro Majima intervened and beat down the two loan sharks, forcing them to let the family off free.
