The Temple of Sekhmet was a temple complex in Yamu, Egypt, located by Lake Mareotis. The temple held annual festivals to commemorate the fight between Sekhmet and Isfet, and it was renovated between 53 and 48 BC, creating new life for the temple, as well as new, rustic ceremonies.
