Telvis Perkins (1975-2008) was an American FBI agent. Perkins was born in North Jersey to an African-American family, and he was sent to guard a group of white-collar criminals as they boarded a prison bus in Englewood, New Jersey in 2008. He was killed when Johnny Klebitz shot his way past the police and FBI to hijack the prison bus.
