
Tatsumi Fujinami (28 December 1953-) was a Japanese professional wrestler and CEO of Fujinami Ltd., who was counted among the Tokyo real estate industry's "Three Musketeers" during the 2000s.
Biography[]
Tatsumi Fujinami was born in Kunisaki, Oita Prefecture, Japan on 28 December 1953, and he made his wrestling debut at the age of 17 and cofounded New Japan Pro-Wrestling in 1971. In 1988, he fought Riki Choshu to a "no contest", and he defeated Keiji Mutoh in 1993 and Masahiro Chono in 1997. He was famously nicknamed "the Dragon" for his successful wrestling career, and, during the 2000s, he, Choshu, and Genichiro Tenryu became successful real estate impresarios, collectively becoming known as the "Three Musketeers". In 2006, Mutoh and Chono persuaded the Three Musketeers to join them in their bid to steal the Kabukicho Hills construction project from Goro Majima's Majima Construction company, but, with the help of Kazuma Kiryu, Majima Construction defeated the Musketeers and their hired thugs, and each of the Musketeers was gradually persuaded to join Majima Construction, Fujinami included.
