Tatsui Teramoto

Tatsui Teramoto (1962-) was a Japanese yakuza criminal who served as an enforcer for the Tojo-kai clan in Tokyo during the 1980s. On 17 December 1988, he was among the scores of Tojo-kai enforcers sent to test the strength of Kazuma Kiryu and his associates Tetsu Tachibana and Jun Oda by attacking them in large groups as the trio left the Tojo headquarters. Ultimately, Kiryu, Tachibana, and Oda succeeded in beating down all of the Tojo men sent after them and escaped, sufficiently impressing the Tojo chairman Takashi Nihara and leading to Nihara abiding by his agreement to end the manhunt for Kiryu and Tachibana.
