Taro Ishii (born 1968) was a Japanese homeless man who lived in the West Park in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 2000s. The Florist of Sai had him serve as a guard at the entrance to West Park, and, on 6 December 2005, he attempted to refuse Kazuma Kiryu entry into the public restroom before Kiryu forced his way through, intent on meeting the Florist.
