Tarkhan Ismailovich Gaziyev (11 November 1965-) was a Caucasus Emirate commander during the Second Chechen War and the Insurgency in the North Caucasus.

Tarkhan Gaziyev was born in Pozh-Poroy, Chechen-Ingush ASSR, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union in 1965, and he became a commander of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria during the Second Chechen War. He oversaw almost every insurgent operation in Itum-Kale from 2002 to 2011 and Achkoi-Martan from 2007 to 2011, and he took command of the Southwest Front on 24 September 2006. In 2010, he, Khuseyn Gakayev, and Aslambek Vadalov refused to recognize Dokka Umarov's leadership of the Caucasus Emirate, and he was arrested in Turkey in October 2016.
