The Tarik-Amir clan was a Moroccan-German drug trafficking crime syndicate which was based in Berlin during the 21st century. Founded by the brothers Hakim and Kareem Tarik-Amir, the Tarik-Amir clan engaged in the smuggling of narcotics from the Netherlands into Germany and became one of the most powerful gangs in Berlin, being responsible for a third of the city's violent crime by 2018. The gang recruited extensively from among Berlin's North African immigrant youths, resulting in the Berlin Police targeting the clan with a years-long investigation. In 2018, Kareem Tarik-Amir partnered with the Kovac clan to engage in football match fixing, resulting in the Police deducing that the Tarik-Amir clan was involved in the murder of footballer Orkan Erdem, and merging its anti-drug trafficking and homicide teams' operations into an operation targeting all of the city's gangs. The Tarik-Amir clan was defeated when the police raided the gang's turf in Kreuzberg and arrested its leaders for arms and drug trafficking.
