Takazumi Oka (11 February 1890 – 4 December 1973) was the Head of Intelligence of Japan in the years before World War II and a Vice Admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy.

Takazumi Oka was born on 11 February 1890 in Osaka, and he joined the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1911. During the years between World War I and World War II, he became the head of Japan's intelligence forces, conducting counterespionage and espionage against the Allied Powers. Takazumi was among the pro-war faction of Japanese politics, and he became Naval Undersecretary during the war. At the end of the war, he was sentenced to life imprisonment for war crimes, but in 1954 he was released on parole and retired. He died in 1973 at the age of 83.
