
Tage Persson (1776-1814) was a colonel of Sweden.
Biography[]
Tage Persson was born in Nordheim, Sweden, in 1776. In 1792 he joined the army at the age of 16 during the Second Russo-Turkish War, and he became a colonel in 1805 during the Napoleonic Wars. He fought in the 1814 Battle of Peronne, leading a regiment of Life Guards of Foot. Persson died in the battle.
