Taddeo Sainato (1983-2008) was an Ancelotti crime family enforcer who was killed in the Roosevelt Island waste management plant shootout. Recruited from the streets of New York City, he guarded the family's racket on Roosevelt Island, only to be killed by Niko Bellic and the Irish Mob in a large shootout.
