Tadayo Okubo (1532-28 October 1594) was the daimyo of the Okubo clan and a vassal of the Tokugawa. He fought in the Battle of Mikatagahara, the Battle of Nagashino, the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute, and the Fall of Odawara under Ieyasu Tokugawa, and was given the Odawara Domain in 1590. He died in 1594.
