Tachibana Takezumi (died 1191) was a general of the Kubota Fujiwara clan and a commander of the Kenkyu War. In 1191 he participated in Fujiwara Motofusa's invasion of Uzen Province, but he was killed by Minamoto Yoritomo along with Motofusa and many other generals.
