The T-90 is a Russian main battle tank that entered service in 1993. The tank was a modernized version of the T-72 tank, and the tank was one of the most advanced of its kind in the Russian Ground Forces and naval infantry. By 2017, over 3,200 T-90s had been produced, but the tank halted production as the T-14 Armata entered service.
