The Swedish Brigade was a paramilitary unit consisting of 400 Swedish volunteers who assisted the Finnish White Guard during the Finnish Civil War. The Swedish Brigade was commanded by Hjalmar Frisell, and the brigade lost 34 dead and 50 wounded during the war. The brigade is suspected to be responsible for the murder of the Deputy Prime Minister of Estonia, Juri Vilms.
