Sumiteru Arai (born 1962) was a member of the Snake Flower Triad in Tokyo during the 1980s. On 12 December 1988, he and two of his friends attempted to jump the former yakuza Kazuma Kiryu in Kabukicho, but the three of them were beaten down.
