Subhi el-Shah (1982-10 July 2017) was a Kuwaiti Islamic State fighter who fought in the Syrian Civil War. In 2017, he was killed in battle while defending the Islamic State's capital of Raqqa from the Kurdish SDF forces during the Second Battle of Raqqa.
