The Sturmgeschuetz IV was a German assault gun variant of the Panzer IV tank used from 1943 to 1945 during World War II. Krupp Grusonwerk AG built 1,108 of them during the war, and the assault gun served as a medium tank destroyer for Nazi Germany in the last years of the war.
