Biography[]
Steven Gomez was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on February 15th 1971 to a family of Mexican descent, and he joined the Drug Enforcement Administration in the 1990s and came to befriend fellow DEA agent Hank Schrader. He served on the Tri-Border Interdiction Task Force and took part in Schrader's hunt for the meth dealer "Heisenberg", with both of them being unaware that this man was Schrader's brother-in-law Walter White, a former chemistry teacher. In 2010, they attempted to launch a sting operation against Heisenberg with the help of his assistant Jesse Pinkman, but they found themselves engaged in an intense gun battle with Jack Welker's neo-Nazi gang. Gomez was shot twice in the chest and killed, and Welker, despite White's pleas, went on to execute Schrader with a gunshot to the head. Their bodies were buried on the Navajo reservation.
