Stephen I of Freiberg (1137-1186) was the Prince of Feinberg from 1150 to 1186, succeeding August of Feinberg. The son of August, he succeeded his father as the ruler of the small principality under the Holy Roman Empire, and Stephen assisted Frederick Barbarossa during the war against the Lombard League in northern Italy. Stephen died of illness in 1186 at the age of 49.
