Steals Horses (died 1874) was a Sioux war chief from South Dakota. In 1875, he led his tribe in resisting the influx of white American settlers amid the Black Hills Gold Rush, but he was killed in a shootout with a band of American outlaws whom he and a small band of raiders had come across while travelling to attack American mining camps.
