The State of Law Coalition is a populist electoral coalition in Iraq, formed for the 2009 governorate elections by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki of the Islamic Dawa Party. The alliance credited al-Maliki with enforcing the rule of law in the country, and it mostly represented the Shia Muslim population of the country. al-Maliki's rule alienated Sunnis, leading to the Iraqi Civil War from 2014 to 2017, and his alliance's share of seats in Parliament declined from 92 to 25 during the 2018 parliamentary election.
