
Sobekhotep IV (died 1730 BC) was Pharaoh of Ancient Egypt from 1740 to 1730 BC, succeeding Sihathor and preceding Sobekhotep V. The brother of Neferhotep I and Sihathor, he was one of the most powerful 13th Dynasty rulers, reigning over Mennefer, Middle Egypt, and Waset, but failing to conquer the Nile Delta from the 14th Dynasty.
