The Soai-kai is a yakuza organization based in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, with an estimated 120 active members. Toramatsu Takahashi formed the group from the Sasada-ikka bakuto group in 1945, and it became one of the three dominating yakuza groups in the prefecture alongside the Sumiyoshi-kai and the Inagawa-kai.
