Smuggler Hong (died 2012) was a Hong Konger ketamine smuggler.
Biography[]
Smuggler Hong was born in North Point, Hong Kong, and he became a ketamine smuggler and a player in the illicit drug trade. In 2012, he became drug pusher Popstar's supplier after his previous supplier Fang Shen was arrested in an HKPD sting operation, and Hong met Popstar at the docks. Hong attempted to sell his goods for $50,000, but Popstar attempted to negotiate for a lower price. Hong and Popstar had a disagreement, and Popstar decided to pull out a handgun, shooting Hong twice in the ribs. Hong's murder was caught on camera by undercover HKPD officer Wei Shen, who silently observed the event from a distance. Popstar would be sentenced to life in prison for Hong's murder.
