Simone Occhibianchi (died 1503) was a condotierro of the Papal States during the Italian Wars. He was executed in 1503.

Simone Occhibianchi fought for the Papal States during the Italian Wars, but was defeated and captured by the Republic of Venice. At the request of the condotierro, Simone Occhibianchi was executed via strangulation - his honorable surrender made his demands equally honorable. He was executed at the Campo dei Frari in Venice at the usual time.
